Yes, you have already completed your engineering so now you can apply for companies established in Canada which suites your profile online and can also send your resume to them. Secondly you can contact some manpower outsourcing companies as well as consultancies at your place. They will help you in finding a good job and will also help in completing your further procedure like working visa etc. And most importantly get your passport ready.

Not to worry. You should work on your English first. There are many ways you can learn English some of them are :- >>Buy a good dictionary. This will help you with translation. >>Practice everyday. >>You will have to learn grammar. >>Read English books as well listen to those people who speaks good English. >>Try to translate your own sentences in English and then speak. Also, you can join spoken English classes it will also help. Try to speak and one day you will be able to speak in English.

if your a graduate of chemical engineering it would be easier for you to apply for canada just go to the canadian embassy and inquire for job openings or apply online

I dont know what's your problem actually. If you want to find job means go to consultancy , try to gain experience in your field . I am sure then you ll get chance in abroad . All the best.
