"Cruciferous Vegetables" plays a vital role in developing our Immune System. It contains some specified chemical composition in it. It also contains sulfur compounds which cause the sharp smell. Whenever we consume these vegetables, it translates the sulfur compounds into "isothiocyanates" (ITCs) which helps in increasing our body Immune System. Mustard greens, radishes, red cabbage, turnip greens, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, etc., are the examples of "Cruciferous Vegetables".
