    A healthy diet is the one which contains all the essential nutrients which our body requires for its proper functioning. If someone is taking a healthy diet rather than unhealthy diet or junk food, then his/her probability to resist various diseases is more in comparison to those people who do not have any resistance power to fight against diseases. Unhealthy diet or junk food do not contains those nutrients which are useful for our body. So, these foods reduce the immunity power of our body. To increase the immunity power of our body, a person is recommended to take a healthy diet.
