Can I follow only juice based diet for the weight loss?

    Yes you can definitely follow only juice based diet for the weight loss program But in my opinion it is very difficult to stay just on juices and energy drinks Moreover it can also leads to some health diseases It is believed that one cannot stay just on juices for a longer period of time If you want to reduce weight you can have foods which are low in fats along with the juice and energy drinks You can have foods like oats watermelon brown bread boiled rice boiled vegetables etc
