L-Arginine is one of the non-essential amino acids and was first isolated in the year 1996. It is very important for our body as it plays a vital role in some functions of our body like cell division, immune function, healing of wounds and release of hormones. It also repairs our damaged tissues and also helps to remove ammonia from our body. It is also used in the treatment of the cardiovascular disease due to its medicinal properties like anti-ischemic, antiatherogenic and antiplatelet.
