    There are many foods which you can have for a fair skin and some of the foods are dark berries, peppermint, nuts, tomatoes, water, fennel, oat milk, beetroot, tofu, brown rice, garlic, broccoli, eggs, etc. These all foods will help you to enhance the quality of your skin, which will further give you a fair skin. The poor quality of a skin leads to the scars and marks on your body which makes your skin dull.
