    Eggplant is a type of vegetable which is also termed as 'brinjal'. It includes assorted benefits when added to the daily diet. Though it is not very much liked by the people in comparison to other vegetables but still it is effective for the body. It contains nutrients within it and also prevent the health from several heart diseases like cancer etc.
