"Too Human" is the name of the video game that had the highest per copy cost. Too Human was a Xbox 360 game. It was an Action-RPG developed by Silicon Knights, spent over a decade bouncing from one console maker’s stable to another. The total development costs reached to over 60 million dollars and the game was sold a little under 700,000 copies. As a result, the cost per copy of the game sold was around $90, a full $30 over the MSRP of $59.95, giving Too Human the highest per-copy development cost of any video game.
