Do F1 cars have brake lights?

    No, they don't. Braking at the last potential moment before the flip is an enormous profit for the driving force, particularly on technical tracks (short straights, innumerable turns), and indicating this would offer the advantage to the trailing car's driver. The F1 automobile is, however, equipped with light at the rear, that is barely switched on throughout poor atmospheric condition or once the pit lane speed clipper is on.
