    Job enrichment is a way to motivate the employees of the company by giving them variety or more responsibilities in their job. This idea was first developed in 1950s by "Frederick Herzberg", who was an American psychologist. It is helpful to make a job more interesting and challenging. If you want to make a job enriched, then you are suggested not to fix an employee for just one work, an employee has the authority to do more than one work by job sharing or job rotation programs. An employee has to take responsibilities of work, which is given to him/her. It will motivate the employee and the job would be not so boring. Provide him/her enough freedom so that he/she can facilitate job excellence. An employee has to be rewarded, if he/she performs well. Provide adequate resources to each employee for good performance.

    Don't make a job boring for an employee, give them award for doing well in job.
