    Almonds are rich in Vitamin E and also contain MUFAs within it. Intake of almonds in the diet helps in lowering the cholesterol of the body and also reduces the belly fat. It acts as a great source of providing fiber and protein to the body. So, by spraying 1TSP of almonds over berries in morning meal one can reduce the fat of belly very easily.
