    According to some studies done by nutritionist and dietician, intake of antioxidants helps the body to resist from diseases like cancer. Antioxidants contain Vitamin C, Vitamin E and Vitamin A. They are found in fruits and vegetables, so instead of taking supplements one should stick to eat fruits and vegetables.
