    Although "Peppermint herb tea" is very beneficial for us, but if it is taken before bedtime, then it makes our body relaxed and one can have a good and sound sleep. It also helps us in reducing our stress level and it has a fragrance of mint, which makes us feel fresh and energetic. It is also called as "stomach healer" and boost our digestion system. It provides us immunity to fight against common diseases such as cold, cough, fever, flu, etc.
