Physical activity is a real challenge for a working professional which they face everyday.One can increase physical activities during the working days by doing the following:
1. When taking a break or having lunch or coffee take a walk in your block which will help your body to loosen up and think in a clearer manner.
2. Try to do stretching ling rolling your head in circular motion, loosen your hands and shrugging your shoulders from time to time.
3. If you are organizing a meeting with 2-3 people, try to have a walking meeting. 4. Stand up during the calls.
