    One month is a very short time to lose 10 pounds, it is very difficult, if you only have a few extra pounds. If you are too much overweight, then you have to work very hard for that. Running is one of the best exercises to lose weight. Run at least 5 km in a day, take healthy food, avoid junk and fried food. Workout for at least 2 hours a day. Do crunches and leg raise on a regular basis. Take some suggestion from a professional, it will help you a lot and remember one thing that nothing is impossible.
