    Chillies are somehow helpful in reducing fat deposits in the body. It includes 'capsaicin' which helps in increasing the metabolism of the body. 'Capsaicin' is a type of thermogenic food that helps in burning calories after intaking of chillies for at least 20-25 minutes. So, chillies can also be useful in lowering fat from the body.
