Salad is considered as the best and a healthy source to reduce the body weight. It is full of healthy veggies which in turn can further provides all the essential nutrients to our body. If we have salad before our meal, then it keeps us full for a longer period of time. So, it does not allow our body to have more meals which will certainly helps us to reduce the body weight. According to the dietitians, a person having salad, 2 times a day is likely to reduce more body weight in comparison to one which does not include any salad in his/her diet. Most important fact to reduce body weight is to be on a regular exercise along with a proper diet.
