    Soy milk is considered as the second best milk for the health. It is very beneficial for the health. One cup of soy milk contains 25-31% calcium, 11-31% vitamin D, 89-125 calories, 5 g fat (0.4 g saturated), 6-10 g protein, 1-5 g sugar. Soy milk is thicker than dairy milk so it has the ability to improve the blood lipid profile. It almost has no cholesterol, which is good for health. It strengthens the blood vessels, which protects blood vessels from hemorrhage and damage. Soy milk is very low in sugar which promotes weight loss. Soy milk is considered as a rich source of phytoestrogen, which can cut the risk of prostate cancer. Regular consumption of soy milk can prevent postmenopausal syndromes like depression, insomnia, mood swings and lots of other psychological problems.
