    If you want six pack abs then you are suggested to work really hard for that, do exercise on a daily basis and eat healthy foods. You can try sit ups, crunches, leg lifts, jackknife sit ups, butt-ups and ab roller exercise. You need to burn extra fat over your abs and for that you are suggested to eat less at night, never skip breakfast, take protein in the morning by eating eggs, yogurt, bananas, flax seeds. Try to avoid foods like white bread, pasta, rice, fast food and fried food. Drink at least 2.2 liters water per day. Give your body a proper rest by sleeping 8 hours a day.
