    If you want to juggle then you need to practice hard for that, it may take 2 days to 2 months. To begin juggling, you are suggested to choose the right balls, you can try with beanbags or any other ball which don't bounce when it drops, it will save your energy. Try with one ball and try to scoop it, after that try with 2 balls and pass them from one hand to another, don't take 3 or more balls until you became perfect to handle 2 balls, once you got to know how to handle 2 balls then try with 3 balls. Start juggles with your better hand, take all balls with the same weight, keep practicing and don't get frustrated it may take few days.
