How to recover corrupt sql mdf database?

Somehow my sql database has got damaged and I am not able to open the database. How can I access this corrupt sql mdf into healthy form

    If you have your SQL database backup in .MDF format and if that file is not mended properly so it is quite impossible to restore backup from that file. I suggest you to follow these steps to know that your data is actually corrupted or not. Open Microsoft SQL Server, now open SQL Server Management Studio Object Explorer and select an instance of the SQL Server Database Engine, then Select "Connect" to connect to the instance. Now Right-click on "Databases" and click "Attach" and select "Add" option. Browse your .MDF file and double click on the file of database to open it, it will open inside SQL Server and you can view the sorted data.
