I always like to have sweets after my meals but due to this I am gaing weight. Can you tell me some sweets which is not very affective and also I can add to my diet?

    There are some sweets which are healthy and cannot affect your body weight too much. Some of the sweets are: >> You can have Dark chocolate "Bark". Melt it and apply this chocolate on parchment paper. Sprinkle some of the healthiest fruits on it like cherries, sunflower seeds. Then freeze it just for 5 minutes and then you can have it. >> Intake of healthy Apple pie cannot increase your weight. >> You can have one stick of "Biscotti" as it is low in calories. >> You can make Banana "ice cream" with cinnamon and walnuts on your own and have it. Cut the banana pieces and then add almond milk in it to make it creamy. Then sprinkle some walnuts and cinnamon on it. It is low in calories with no addition of sugar in it.
