    If you want to reduce your Weight you can do these things:->>Do lots of fat burning exercises on a regular basis.(30-40 minutes daily) >>Do not eat junk food. >>Never do overeating. >>Drink lot of water (8 Glass a day) >>Never skip a meal. >>Start eating food which contains low Fat. And it is strongly recommended to consult a doctor for proper diet chart.
