I am suffereing from soy allergy, what are the foods that I should really avoid?

    As you said you are facing soy allergy that means your body is not compatible with the proteins that soy foods have. In order to overcome this allergy the food you should really avoid are soya, soybeans, glycine max, edamame, soy milk, soy sauce, soy sprouts, tofu and tempeh. You should often avoid the intake of hydrolyzed vegetable protein, textured vegetable protein, lecithin, monosodium glutamate, vegetable oil and vitamin E as they also have hidden content of soy in them.
