I am totaly fit, do i still need to go gym?

    If your body is perfect, you got perfect weight according to your height, contain proper stamina, that are some major signs of fitness. If you are fit and don't want to go the gym, then it's okay, but I suggest you do exercise on a daily basis, whether do it at home or at parks to maintain fitness. Exercise is very good for the body and also helps to fight against diseases. Going to the gym is not necessary, but doing some exercise on a daily basis would be very helpful.
