I have a very dull skin, what should I eat so that I have a glowing skin?

    For glowing skin one should eat healthy food and think positive. Food should include flax seed, sesame, soya, nuts, fish and other seafood. Garlicky Spinach is also very good for the skin in this season. Secondly, drink as much water as you can.
