Where would I go to learn about my HVAC system and mechanical material?

I know we have to mention our name, pledge class, chapter name, and actual fraternity name, but am I missing anything else. A correct format would be really great too....

Or do you have to pay for the whole thing? I placed in Regionals for 1st and stressing out for the price because if it's too expensive then I can't go. Any suggestions from other...
