This topic has been in debate for a long time as most of the scientists has their own result.
According to a research done by Francine Ducharme, who is a pediatrician at the University of Montreal and at the Federal University of Rio Grande in Brazil, it has been found that the asthma drugs results in slower growth of the kids especially if they consume it in the early age. Those children who consumed corticosteroids, which is the most common drug for asthma grew at a lesser rate as compared to them who did not consume any drug.
