    It is believed that if someone drinks more water in comparison to normal rate then, it helps to reduce our body weight. A person who wants to reduce weight is recommended to drink around 12 to 14 glasses of water in a day. If someone wants to reduce the body weight, then heshe is recommended to drink warm water instead of the cold one. Warm water is more beneficial in comparison to cold water for the person following a weight lose diet.
