    In my opinion, food is the best source of vitamins and minerals from food supplements. It is because foods also have fibers, antioxidants and other nutrients in a combination that are also important for our body. Many scientists believe that taking nutrients in a specific combination is more beneficial than taking them separately. Food is a also better because it contains all the nutrients in their natural form which are easily accepted by our body. Food supplements should only be taken for fulfilling the frequent nutrient gaps in eating plans.
