More sleep can reduce memory loss, is it true?

    You can't say that more sleep reduces the memory, but yes it may affect you in other way. There should be certain timing i.e. 7-8 hours per day in which you should sleep.

    Till now we do not have any such scientific proof in the favor of this statement that "More Sleep Can Reduce Memory Loss".
