    Energy foods are very good for maintaining the energy level for the whole day, some of the high energy foods are Eggs, Bananas, Almonds, Whole Grains, Greek Yogurt, Ginger Tea, Edamame, Coffee, Kale, Citrus Fruits, Dark Chocolates, Salmons and many more. These types of foods are recommended by most of the doctors.
