    Red chili is very beneficial for us as it is known as the powerhouse of the nutrients. It contains high amount of Vitamin C, A and B and it is a good source of various minerals such as copper, manganese, iron, magnesium and potassium. It has a capacity to fight against inflammation and prevents the problem of congestion and it also helps to improve our immunity level. Intake of red chili might lead to the reduction in weight. It has an ability to decrease the cholesterol level in our body which prevents us from various Heart diseases. It contains some kind of antioxidant which protects us from the cancer disease.
