    The Omega 3 Fatty acids is a group of three types of fats named as ALA, EPA and DHA. It is essential for many parts of our body including the skin, brain and hairs. Some of the vegetarian sources of Omega 3 are Flaxseed Oil, Chia Seeds, Hemp Seeds and Cauliflower.
