    Tomatoes are very beneficial for us as they are a good source of vitamin A and C. It helps in regulating our immune system and it is very important for the growth of the bones. Whenever we cook a tomato, it secretes an antioxidant which is called as "Lycopene".. This antioxidant helps to prevent from a major disease known as "Cancer".
