Magnesium is considered as one of the essential mineral which our body requires for maintaining the bones, nervous system, immune system, etc. One can get it from various food sources such as dark leafy veggies, fish, nuts and seeds, beans, lentils, avocados, bananas, dried fruits, etc. There are some medicines also available in market which can add magnesium in your body but it is recommended to consult a dietitian first before having those medicines.
