    If you are regular at the gym and you quit the gym suddenly, then it may cause bad health, your muscles start to shrink, you will start gaining weight, energy level goes down, decrease in the level of fitness, it also may affect your mood. You are suggested to do exercise on a daily basis, if you quit the gym. It will maintain fitness of your body.
