Some symptoms of high blood pressure is headache or bad headache, nausea or vomiting, confusion, changes in your vision, nose bleeding, etc. You are suggested to do aerobics in high blood pressure, it will help you to fight against that. If you smoke, then try to quit it and limit your alcohol.
