    Balanced diet is a diet which must have all the essential nutrients which our body needs at some particular level. Some tips to be followed to have a balanced diet are: >> First and important point is to avoid the skipping the meals >> Breads and cereals for breakfast which are rich in fiber as well as colorful fruits for high energy should be added in your diet >> With this the body must sustain till afternoon with whole grain breads, rangy protein foods and fiber >> Intake of salads with roasted veggies and if taking white potatoes then avoid it, rather use sweet potatoes >> Consume almonds and raisins instead of chips and fruits in place of sweets.
