    There are various foods which are rich in Iron and some of them are spinach, tofu, black beans, red meat, egg yolk, cereals, grains, raisins, broccoli, salmon, tuna, oysters, sweet potatoes, peas, string beans, collards, etc. Lack of iron in our body causes anemia so people who all are anemic are recommended to eat foods which are rich in iron.
