    One can eat following food to loose weight faster:
    1. Almonds- 4 to 5 almonds will help you in boost up the energy and will help you in curbing your hunger.
    2. Apples- They contain fibers so they are sweet as well as crunchy and can keep you full for a long time.
    3. Bell peppers give you Vitamin C and contains other Vitamins. You can have them raw or as a salad.
    4. Eggs- Egg whites helps in reducing lots of weight as they contain protein and can keep you full for long time.
