    A DASH diet is a path to healthy eating, which is created to prevent Hypertension or high blood pressure. This diet inspires you to reduce the amount of sodium in your diet and to have a nutritious diet to prevent from various diseases. The term "DASH" means "Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension". It includes: >> Cut the amount of salt in your diet >> Reduce the intake of unhealthy foods >> Avoid the intake of soft drinks, appetizers etc.
