Weather is the term used to describe what is happening in a particular day at a given place. Weather forecast includes temperature, humidity, winds, cloudiness and storm. Weather is what you get.
Climate is the average of weather over the years. Climate is what you expect. Climate of a particular state will tell you what to wear i.e. summer or winter clothes.
