    Human Leukocyte Antigens is a loci of genes which encodes for MHC major histocompatibility complex and is found on the surface of most cells in the human body. It plays an important role in our bodys immune system response as it contain a large amount of cells related to the immune system and it differ from person to person. It is one of the type of MHC genes, which is found in most of the vertebrates.
