The process in which a company post notices of new job positions in order to give permanent employees the opportunity to apply and to encourage them to compete for a job with other is called Job bidding. Whereas, the process of advertising and publicizing job openings for employees is called Job posting. In the job posting anyone can apply for the job, but in job bidding only permanent employees of the company apply.

Job posting is posting jobs for anyone, whereas Job bidding is the job opportunity for the permanent employees of a company.
