Most of the people usually prefer salt in their diet. Salt is considered as one of the main ingredients in a diet as it helps our body to digest the food easily. It boost our digestion system. Whenever we include salt in our diet, it produces small amounts of Hydrochloric acid in our body which helps in easy digestion of the food.
