“PrtSc” refers to print screen button on your PC keyboard which provides you with the facility by which you can take the screen short of your screen at any point of time and can save it either in a word file or in paints. This helps us in numerous ways like in offices to save any important document or any execution, or it can also be uses as an evidence of a work done.

It can be used to take a screen shot of your computer screen, lets say you are on any banking website and you are getting any error message on that web site what you can do is whenever that error message is on your computers screen click on that "ptrcs" button and open Paint on your computer they just paste (ctrl + V), you will get a picture your computer screen there and then save it for your references

It is just used to take a screen shot of your computer and then you can save it anywhere on you computer. Use Microsoft office or paint to save it.
