The Fat Flush Diet is a dietary schedule which was created by the American naturalist "Ann Louise Gittleman" in the year 1998. Low consumption of carbohydrates and limited consumption of fat is promoted in this diet plan and is the combination of weight loss and detoxification programs. Fresh fruits (especially cranberries and apple), healthy oil (olive oil) and foods that are rich in fibers (avocado and nuts) are included in this diet plan. Foods that are high in fat like bananas and peanuts are recommended to avoid while following this diet.
