The first thermonuclear bomb was developed by the United states named "RDS-6s" in the year 1952 and was tested on 12th August, 1953 by the Soviet Union. This bomb is widely known as the hydrogen bomb and nuclear bomb. The design of this bomb is known as the "Teller-Ulam design" because of the critical contributions from two scientists : Edward Teller and Stanislaw Ulam.
