Which foods can replace starchy foods?

The foods which contain carbohydrates can replace starchy foods. There are also some foods which are called very starchy foods. These foods include Rice and bread. Whereas less starchy foods can be used to replace these foods. You can use potatoes, it is less starchy. So, if you want carbohydrate, but not starchy, then you can try potatoes.
